The film starts on a stormy night in Kerala. an oversized limb falls associated breaks the roof of an out-house, emotional a dark entity. a girl inspects the out-house and winds up in a very hospital in coma.

In another city her girl Sanjana (Bipasha Basu) and her husband Kabir (Karan Singh Grover) argue regarding not having the ability to pay her birthday along. Sanjana gets a decision regarding her mother's accident and that they quickly fly to Kerala. In Kerala, Sanjana begins having paranormal visions that create her believe that her dead conjoint twin's soul is once her. Her husband doesn't believe her and sends her to his former prof for religious healing.
